Educational Field Trips

Important Admission Information:

• Unscheduled groups are charged full gate admission.
• Siblings (age 3 and up) that attend any trip are charged admission.
• Please phone for chaperone prices.

K-12 Field Trip Options Include:

Guided - SCHOOL-YEAR MORNINGS

Reservations:  Reservations are taken beginning August 1 and fill quickly for the entire school year (Sept.-May)

As long as time permits, you may request up to three programs from our list of Educational Programs. Up to three classes can rotate through the programs. Once the programs are over, you can tour the rest of the park on your own. See our list of Self-Guided Activities.

Program Time: 9:30 a.m. - noon, Monday - Friday
Number: 15 - 60 students/day
Price: $6/person (ages 5-12)        $8/person (ages 13-17)

Guided - AFTERNOONS & SUMMER

Reservations:  Taking reservations now.  Many dates are still available

Offered on a limited basis, you can choose only one program per class from our list of Educational Programs.  Guides are not available for the boats but, after the program, you are welcome to take a boat ride on your own as well as visit the other areas of the park. Program Time: Afternoon - 1:30 p.m. or later, Summer - 9:30 a.m. or later
Number: 15 - 25 students/program
Price: $5/person (ages 5-12)      $7/person (ages 13-17)

Self-Guided - YEAR ROUND

Reservations:  Taking reservations now.  Many dates are still available.

Your group may tour the park on its own provided that you schedule with us in advance. We ask that you closely supervise your group and limit the number of students in any area at one time. See our list of Self-Guided Activities.

Available Time: 9 a.m.- 5 p.m., 7 days/week
Number: 15 - 90 students/day
Price: $4/person (ages 3-12)       $6/person (ages 13-17)
